Nathan DeCorpo an attorney at Schlissel DeCorpo LLP, has been practicing law since 2010. He was admitted to all the New York State Courts as well as the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts. Nathan’s practice focuses mainly on the areas of estate planning and administration as well as planning and applying for Medicaid benefits. He also assists clients regarding consumer debt legal issues and creditor debt rights.
Nathan is adept at handling issues regarding custody disputes, child support and equitable distribution. He also represent many clients in dealing with Child Protective Services.
