Daniel Webster is an attorney in the Buffalo, NY area. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, including Federal Court and Bankruptcy Court – Western District of New York. He has over a dozen years of experience in foreclosure defense preventing hundreds of foreclosures over that time with loan modifications, short sales, bankruptcies, and foreclosure litigation. In addition to foreclosure defense, Mr. Webster provides services for real estate closings, wills and trusts, elder law services such as power of attorney, health care proxy/living will, and Medicaid or nursing-home planning. He is dedicated to helping clients protect their assets and their homes for the benefit of their families. Mr. Webster won a foreclosure defense case resulting in the cancelation of the entire mortgage. Fannie Mae appealed and Mr. Webster successfully defended against the appeal in the Appellate Division, Fourth Department. The case is becoming a well-cited precedent in foreclosure law. Before co-founding Webster & Dubs, P.C., partner Daniel F. Webster worked for The Center for Elder Law & Justice for almost ten years. He lives in Kenmore with his wife and three children, and he is a member of the Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church in the City of Buffalo.

Mr. Webster received a  J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School, Buffalo, New York, 2008 and B.A. with Honors in Philosophy from Hamilton College, Clinton, New York, 2003.  He is a member of Erie County Bar and New York State Bar Association, Real Property Law Section member.

Mr. Webster has taught classes and seminars on Foreclosure and Workouts and Foreclosure Litigation with the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Webster has also a published an article with the Buffalo News titled, “New Law Offers Homeowners a Welcome Reprieve,” January 27, 2010.
