Daniel F. Webster is an attorney in the Buffalo, NY area. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, including Federal Court and Bankruptcy Court – Western District of New York. He has years of experience in foreclosure defense preventing hundreds of foreclosures over that time with loan modifications, short sales, bankruptcies, and foreclosure litigation.

Mr. Daniel F. Webster received a J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School, Buffalo, New York, 2008 and B.A. with Honors in Philosophy from Hamilton College, Clinton, New York, 2003.  He is a member of Erie County Bar and New York State Bar Association, Real Property Law Section member.

Mr. Webster has taught classes and seminars on Foreclosure and Workouts and Foreclosure Litigation with the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Webster has also a published an article with the Buffalo News titled, “New Law Offers Homeowners a Welcome Reprieve,” January 27, 2010.

Daniel F. Webster lives in Kenmore with his wife and three children and is a member of the Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church in the City of Buffalo.
