Stephen A. Moyer has more than 35 years of legal experience. He is admitted to the Ohio Bar; the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio; the U.S. District Court Northern District of Ohio; the U.S. Court of Appeals 6th Circuit; the U.S. Tax Court; and the U.S. Supreme Court. His primary focus is in civil litigation, business litigation and serious personal injury. Attorney Stephen A. Moyer was born and raised in Bellevue, a small town in northern Ohio, he received his B.S. from Bowling Green State University in 1978 and J.D. from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 1981. He is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice, Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers Association, Central Ohio Association for Justice, Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and Lawyers Club of Columbus. Attorney Moyer was also re-elected to a 2nd term: Board of Governors of Columbus Bar Association.
He is actively involved in many civic activities including: former President and member of Church Council at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Westerville, the Appalachian Service Project, the YWCA Family Shelter Volunteer, CROP Walk, Faith Mission Volunteer, Southeastern Ohio Lutheran Relief Volunteer, Lutheran Disaster Response Volunteer in New Orleans, the Bexley Conservation Club, Mason-Mt. Sterling Chapter, volunteer lecturer to OSU Students on Alcohol Awareness and Capital Area Humane Society Foster Family Volunteer.
Stephen A.
