Mr. Paul F. Pedigo received his B.A. in English in 1976 followed by a B.E. in Chemical Engineering in 1980, both from Vanderbilt University. He had professional experience through 1984 as a Chemical Engineer with UOP, Inc. in Chicago. He earned a J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1985 and studied in the Masters of Intellectual Property Law program at John Marshall Law School while working as an associate attorney at Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd. in Chicago.
Mr. Paul F. Pedigo previously served as Group Leader, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Patent Solicitation, for Alston + Bird, LLP, as a partner with Bell, Seltzer, Park & Gibson, P.A., and as an associate with Leydig. Mr. Pedigo has written a number of significant patents, among them, several are in the field of polyethylene glycol chemistry and became blockbuster drugs, which are defined as drugs that have earned over one billion dollars a year in annual sales. One such drug is used to treat liver disease. His work extends to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, optics, life sciences, biotech, packaging, complex machinery, and engineering.

Paul F. Pedigo and his wife Leigh have three sons: Harrison, Richardson, and Coleman. Harrison and Coleman are both recognized voiceover talents and Coleman recently earned a bachelor’s degree in histrionics with first honors from Trinity College Dublin. Richardson has matriculated in graduate school in Syracuse where he is studying fractal analysis in the development of disease.
