Tim has represented clients in business matters from formation and start-up through operations, and sometimes for exit strategies. The industries involved include agriculture, automotive, construction, ranching, real estate, vehicles, wineries, telecommunications, and water.
Tax is Tim’s special interest. Every transaction, business or personal, involves estate, gift, income, property, and/or sales taxes. From that springboard, Tim has been involved in more than 1000 estates. He is adept at estate and succession planning as well as the administration of estates, probate, and trusts.
Tim received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco, Kendrick Hall and B.S. in Economics from Loyola University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, California State Bar and the Santa Barbara County Bar. Tim is also a member of the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce and Brinkerhoff Preservation Association.
Tim is married to his wife Glorianna, together they are very active in the community, creating new projects, along with the Buynak family they help those that are in need, whether thru Glorianna’s Biogenesis and GloryB Essences or Todd’s Seguro Corporation as well as the Buynak Foundation with its Bali Children and other projects. Tim is also a California Certified Organic Farmer and has an interest in environmental building and construction.
