After his service, Mr. Patino attended Parker College of Chiropractic and graduated with a combined Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and a B.S. Degree in Anatomy. Mr. Patino attended Texas Southern University Law School. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Hidalgo Bar Associations and is eligible to try cases before all Texas and Federal Courts. He is also member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and Bexar County Bar Association.
