John R. Tatulli is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey since 2004. He handles all employment law related matters in Wrongful termination, Whistleblower, Discrimination and Hostile Work Environment cases. He reviews severance agreements, non-competes and employment contracts. He also handles cases in civil law including consumer fraud cases, when businesses or contractors take advantage of consumers; contract disputes between individuals and businesses; and real estate. Utilizing his vast knowledge and experience, Mr. Tatulli approaches each case as if his client’s are like family. He seeks to put his clients at ease, which shows that he cares for their legal needs. Mr. Tatulli received his J.D. from New York Law School, 2004 and B.A. in International Affairs from the University of South Carolina, Columbia., 1999. He speaks fluently in Italian. Mr.Tatulli is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New York Bar Association, Monmouth Bar Association, American Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association and volunteers with the Red Bank Lunch Break a Non-profit organization that provides food, clothing, fellowship and life skills to Monmouth County and beyond. He also volunteers as a teacher and mentor with youth leadership organizations.
