Carolann M. Aschoff, brings over 30 years of experience practicing law in matrimonial cases and family law. She is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section and is designated as an Attorney and Counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States of America.  Ms. Aschoff has been designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney. There are only approximately 2% of attorneys in the state of New Jersey that are Certified Matrimonial Law Attorneys. She has also been appointed by courts as a guardian and parent coordinator. She served as a member of the Ethics Committee for the State of New Jersey District VI for 8 years She is committed to giving clients professional, compassionate and comprehensive services to assist them during a difficult period in their lives.

Prior to starting her firm, Ms. Aschoff worked as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Bergen County Superior Court of New Jersey and was a partner in a general practice firm. She handled most of the matrimonial matters for that firm, and when the partnership dissolved she decided to dedicate her professional career to developing a matrimonial firm and concentrate in family legal matters.

Ms. Aschoff received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. . She is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association, Past Chair of the Hudson County Family Law Committee, Committee Chair and Panelist for the Hudson County Early Settlement Panel Program and Chair of the Statewide Organization of Early Settlement Panel Chairs. She is a Member of the  New Jersey State Bar Association, and  Hudson and Essex County Bar Association . Ms. Aschoff has been a speaker for  continuing legal education seminars for the Hudson County Bar Association, Family Law Section.

Ms. Aschoff was honored with the Matrimonial Practitioner of the Year from the Hudson County Bar Association in 2002 and the Hudson County Early Settlement Panel Committee Award in 2016. She received these honors for her commitment, dedication and hard work.
