Jeff Dull is a leading wrongful death and personal injury attorney. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in October of 1987 and the U.S. Federal Court, 1987. Mr. Dull has successfully tried many personal injury cases to juries in Missouri courts and on two separate occasions the jury awarded his clients more money than was demanded by his client at trial.   Utilizing a strong work ethic that started as a youth working on the family farm has proven beneficial in the courtroom and at the negotiation table.  Mr. Dull also believes that sincerity, credibility, and the determination to obtain a good result for his client are vital in obtaining a successful outcome at trial or in negotiations.

Mr. Dull received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1987 and was on the Law Review. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University, 1984.

Mr. Dull is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the 27th Judicial Circuit Bar Association. Mr. Dull published an article for the University of Missouri Kansas City Law Review titled Chapter 12: How Many Family Farms Can it Salvage? Vol. 55, 1987.

Mr. Dull has maintained a rating of BV Distinguished under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review system for over 15 years and has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a “Top 100 Civil Plaintiff attorney.”

Mr. Dull lives on a family farm with his wife Stephanie and their 3 sons where they operate a small cattle operation and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the country.
