Simina A. Gentry is the Managing Attorney at The Centauri Law Group. She was admitted to practice law in that State of California since 2004 and is a Certified Legal Arbitrator, FINRA Dispute Resolution Panel (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), 2015. Her areas of practice are Business & Commercial Law including but not limited to Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Investments, International Trader, and Contract law. With an extensive business and legal background, attorney Simina Gentry has developed the skills and refined legal acumen necessary to address complex transactional and litigation matters. Her focused approach – limiting her practice to the fields of business and corporate law – allows her to remain on top of changing laws and trends. This translates into effective representation based on an understanding of emerging legal strategies.

Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Gentry worked with a global law firm that consistently ranks among the top firms in Southern California, throughout the United States and globally. In addition to being a licensed California attorney, Ms. Gentry has obtained a wealth of experience and credentials that allow her to better serve clients in business and corporate matters. She has successfully pursued post graduate studies as part of a graduate program at Harvard University, Extension School from which she has obtained a Legal Studies Certificate in addition to the Master of Laws degree received from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Additionally, attorney Gentry has pursued business studies and graduated with the equivalent of a bachelor degree in business management and account analysis.
Ms. Gentry is a member of the United States District Court – Central District of California, Harvard Business School Association of Orange County, and USC Law Alumni Association. She volunteers Pro Bono and was part of the UCLA Moot Court Judge in 2003. She is conversational in Italian and French.
Ms. Gentry is also an Assistant Professor of Law at Irvine University College of Law, where she teaches, when available, Legal Strategy & Reasoning, as well as Legal Writing, and other courses. Ms. Gentry was honored with the Faculty Special Recognition Award from Irvine University College of Law in 2015.
Ms. Gentry is a speaker at various events and seminars. Ms. Gentry has published articles in local magazines, including the Orange County Lawyer Volume 61#12 Dec 2019, Orange County Lawyer Volume 57 #9 Sep 2015 and Volume 57 # 7 July 2105. She is also an active member of the Southern California legal community.
