Erin Green maintains more than 20 years of corporate immigration experience, servicing clients from venture start-ups to large multinational corporations that have significant overseas business and facilities. He started his career while playing basketball in Israel and spent 12 years working for and then building the most successful U.S. corporate immigration practice in the Middle East. He spent five years as the Head of Immigration, building and managing a billion dollar corporation’s immigration department. Erin has also served as a frequent lecturer, delivering customized presentations to large audiences regarding immigration processes, policies, laws, current events, and compliance. As an H-1B expert, he has been instrumental in working on defense of various government audits, has been interviewed/quoted by various international media outlets, has advised the Congressional Budget Office regarding H-1B legislation, and has served on and moderated immigration panels with the US Embassy staff in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Mr. Green received his J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida, and his B.S. in Business from Emory University (Goizueta Business School), Atlanta, Georgia. He also maintains Global Mobility Specialist Certification.
