He manages his firm with emphasis on personal injury law. He primarily has sought compensation for personal injuries resulting in damages sustained by the victims of negligence. Throughout his legal career David has fought and litigated for those wrongfully harmed through the negligence of another, such harm has ranged in degree, from whiplash and resulting economic loss to catastrophic injuries resulting in permanent disability and/or death.
