Bradley C. Gage has been an attorney since 1985 and is a founding partner of Goldberg & Gage. He is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of California, the Southern District and Central District of California and the Fifth and Ninth Circuits of the United State Courts of Appeal. Since becoming an attorney Bradley has represented many prominent individuals including judges, politicians, city managers and police chiefs. Bradley has handled approximately 20 trials and settlements resulting in recoveries of more than $1,000,000 and some over $10,000.00. Bradley has participated in class actions with recoveries over one billion dollars.

Bradley also represented the family of the rapper Notorious B.I.G. aka Biggie Smalls in a civil rights case against the LAPD after the rapper’s death, in which the city had to pay more than 1,000,000.00 in sanctions.
Mr. Gage obtained reportedly the largest verdict ever in over Burbank Superior Court. Bradley reportedly won the second largest verdict in U.S. History in a First Amendment Retaliation case against the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Mr. Gage earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, 1981 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of San Francisco School of Law, San Francisco, California, 1984. He is Advocate Level in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA ).
Bradley is an avid athlete, competing in triathlons and bicycle races. He won fifth place in an Iron Man Triathlon in 2004 which consists of a 2.2 mile swim and 112 mile bicycle ride and a 26.2 mile run. He was 10th place in the 1979 National Madison Championships and 7th place in the 1980 U.S. National Time Trial Championships. He was invited to the 1980 Olympic Trials for bicycle racing. Mr. Gage represented the U.S. in two international triathlons in 2004 and 2005 where he won silver medals in his age group. Mr. Gage swam Alcatraz to San Francisco seven times. He continues to ride bicycles with many world famous racers.
Mr. Gage was nominated six times as “Trial Lawyer of the Year”and twice as “Street Fighter of the Year. He has consistently been nominated as a “Super Lawyer” which ranks the Top Southern California Lawyers since 2006. He has been published in several peer review magazines and has been selected to speak at several legal seminars. In 2013 it was reported that Mr. Gage had the top civil rights trial verdict in the State of California. He was also selected in 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2019 to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
