Attorney Welch graduated from College of Wooster with a B.A. in Political Science, 1966, he received his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, 1969. He is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, 1970 – 2009 and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is involved with pro bono activities and volunteers for the American Red Cross and Boys Scouts of America.
Mr. Welch was honored with the William E. McKnight Volunteer Service Award, 1998 – Present.
