Attorney Herbert M. Rowland Jr., has been litigating civil lawsuits in California since 1976, primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is admitted to practice in All California State Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeal – Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts – Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts. Mr. Rowland has represented individuals, corporations, and public entities in a wide range of legal matters and has special expertise in matters involving landslides/flooding, public entity law, and mediation. He has successfully tried cases to jury verdict in 13 California counties.
Herbert M. Rowland received his B.A. from the University of California Davis, 1973 (Dean’s Honors) and obtained his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, 1976- American Jurisprudence Society Awards, Traynor Honor Society.
