Benjamin Dodge is the founder and Senior Managing Partner of Dodge & Vega, starting the firm in 2006. Ben is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court of Arizona and all Arizona State Courts. He is a NITA (National Institute of Trial Attorneys) trained court room attorney and an experienced litigator with multiple certificates and awards. He has practiced many years in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, and Bankruptcy law. In 2011 Ben even founded an organization devoted to improving the practice of law in the bankruptcy field known as Arizona Bankruptcy Lawyers for Excellence (“A.B.L.E”), educating attorneys about  bankruptcy and  forming a community centered atmosphere amongst trustees, attorneys, and judges.

Dodge & Vega PLC focuses primarily on Family Law, Bankruptcy & Foreclosure Law, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning. Ben still manages Dodge & Vega PLC. His heart and passion however is in representing cyclists. In 2013 Ben founded another law firm entirely dedicated to representing cyclists, Bike Accident Attorneys PLC. Ben now devotes his time on bicycle accident law and has a passion for helping his fellow bicycle accident victims. He has also since founded a national network of bicycle accident attorneys who focus on representing cyclists across the US. He is also an extreme endurance athlete with a love of cycling. He spends most of his free time racing his bicycle over insanely long distances without stopping to sleep (Race Across France – 1500+ miles, Race Across the West 930+ miles, Race Across America 3100+ miles, and more). Ben has competed in Endurance Sports such as Ironman Triathlons, Navy Seal Kokoro, ultra marathons, and more. Ben is probably one of the most determined individuals you will ever meet.

After graduating from High School, Ben spend two years as a missionary in Austria, He then started his college career at Brigham Young University in Hawaii later transferring to Arizona State University, where he graduated cum laude in 2003. Immediately following his studies at ASU he completed his law degree in 2006 from the prestigious and private Willamette University College of Law.

Ben has earned the official designation of NITA Advocate, and he is a member of several organizations including the Arizona State Bar, Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the American Bar Association, Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

In his spare time Ben really enjoys spending time with his family above all. Traveling, cycling and simply just hanging out with his wife Sonja and their son are top priorities for him.
