James “Jim” Lane a former Captain in the U.S. Army as a military JAGC officer, is a Texas trial lawyer who founded this firm with a strong tradition of service to his community and country. He believes that his clients deserve the highest-quality representation and he has established this throughout his firm. Attorney Lane is admitted to practice law in Texas Northern District Court, the US Tax Court, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals 1968, Texas, the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the US Supreme Court. He has practiced law for almost 40 years handling criminal defense matters, personal injury, FAA enforcement actions, and military court martial cases.
Aside from his years spent as a Captain in the Army’s Judge Advocate General Corp (JAGC), Jim brings his military background in defending military men and women who are faced with a court martial. He continues to help the members of the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marines when faced with military court martial.

Mr. Lane is married to a horse trainer and rancher. They live part time on a ranch In Parker County Texas. They have a son who is 13 years old.
