Alexander Tsiring , Esq. founder of the firm, has been practicing law since 2005. He is licensed in the States of New York, as well as the Federal District Courts of New York for the Southern District, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Tsiring is also a New York Small Claims Court Arbitrator, as well as Part 137 Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Resolution Arbitrator. Mr. Tsiring has extensive experience in complex Immigration matters, Matrimonial actions, Real Estate, complex Civil and Supreme Court Litigation. He has represented clients in Immigration Courts in New York and other states. Mr. Tsiring has successfully won asylum cases in immigration court and custody cases in family court including divorce. He is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate attorney, who is well-versed in handling all real estate transactions from analyzing the purchase agreement to being with you at the closing. In complex civil and Supreme court litigation Mr. Tsiring has firsthand experience in arguing cases in court.
