William K. Moore has been practicing law since 1979 in North Carolina and Kentucky, in 1980. Mr. Moore graduated from Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, Kentucky with a B. A. in Political Science, Honors: With High Distinction – 1976 and received his J.D., Doctor of Jurisprudence from Duke University School of Law, Durham, North Carolina -1979. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Woodford County Bar Association.
