The Law Offices of Richard Sepler represent clients in the Miami and greater Florida area. Founder Richard Sepler has been practicing law since 1956. His area of concentration is transactional law. He has provided valuable assistance in legal matters relating to money, business, and commerce, legal aid to entrepreneurs through contract drafting, real estate acquisition, and intellectual property affairs.
Mr. Sepler is a proud native of South Florida, who has earned a reputation for his invaluable wealth of knowledge and being able to handle any legal situation, obtaining the best results. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Florida in 1956. Mr. Sepler graduated from the University of Florida with a AA-Associate of Arts and received his J.D.-Juris Doctor from the University of Miami.
In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Sepler also founded South Florida Savings and Loan Association, a successful banking institution serving the South Florida area. In his role as real estate developer, Mr. Sepler has built apartment buildings, town home communities residential homes, office buildings, shopping centers and mixed-use properties in south Florida and has an active project called Keowee Mountain in upstate South Carolina. Keowee Mountain is a gated residential community sitting on over 700 acres in the Appalachians.
