He has been practicing law in high-profile criminal cases in both New Jersey state and federal courts since 1966. He was admitted to practice in the U.S. District of New Jersey, 1967, the U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit, 1968 and the U.S Court of Appeals 2nd circuit, 1981. Mr. Feinstein’s areas of practice were devoted to criminal litigation cases in crimes such as White Collar Crime and DUI/DWI.

Anthony Accetturo case), the longest federal trial in United States history., depicted in the film Find Me Guilty  and in the Book, The Boys From New Jersey; reputed organized crime figures in the  Genovese Family Capo regime. Miles Feinstein represented Kyle Scherzer  in the appeal of the notorious Glen Ridge high School rape case, which received national attention, represented Giuseppe “Juicy Joe” Giudice of the Real Housewives of New Jersey and  Ausar Walcott, a former NFL  linebacker with the Cleveland Browns, who is charged with attempted murder due to an incident at a bar. Feinstein represented a key recanting witness which led to the reversal of a murder conviction in the case of Rubin “Hurricane” Carter.

Attorney Miles Feinstein received his law degree from Duke University School of Law in 1966, and after a clerkship with the Honorable Morris Pashman he began practicing criminal law. Mr. Feinstein was a former member of several New Jersey Supreme Court committees, the past president of the New Jersey Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a former board member of the New Jersey Association of Trial Lawyers. Based in Clifton, Mr. Feinstein has also served as a lecturer for the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and numerous other legal and civic associations.

Mr. Feinstein has appeared extensively as an expert commentator on Court TV and on numerous television and radio programs. He has been a lecturer for many bar association groups and civic associations and has lectured and made presentations for years on techniques for successful cross-examinations. He is subject of countless newspaper articles and legal articles, and a profiled lawyer in the Book of Living Legends for his accomplishments in the legal field.
