Miles Feinstein represented Kyle Scherzer in the appeal of the notorious Glen Ridge high School rape case, which received national attention, represented Giuseppe “Juicy Joe” Giudice of the Real Housewives of New Jersey and Ausar Walcott, a former NFL linebacker with the Cleveland Browns, who is charged with attempted murder due to an incident at a bar. Feinstein represented a key recanting witness which led to the reversal of a murder conviction in the case of Rubin “Hurricane” Carter.
Attorney Miles R. Feinstein received his law degree from Duke University School of Law in 1966, and after a clerkship with the Honorable Morris Pashman he began practicing criminal law. Mr. Feinstein is a former member of several New Jersey Supreme Court committees, the past president of the New Jersey Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a former board member of the New Jersey Association of Trial Lawyers.
