Mr. Michael Gless is an attorney at KYL, and helps clients address Securities Litigation legal issues. He has litigated high profile jury cases for over 52 years in federal and state courts as well as defending hundreds of arbitrations in the securities area for every major brokerage firm in the country.  In addition, he has handled numerous will contest matters and class actions claims.

Attorney Gless  did both his undergraduate B.S., 1962; and legal studies LL.B 1965) at the University of Southern California. He was admitted to the California State bar in 1966, the Central, Northern, and Southern United States District Courts in California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Gless has lectured at Pepperdine University School of Law on topics in Securities Litigation, 2000-Present. He has numerous of published cases.
