Since 2002, The Brousard Law Firm has been serving clients in the Long Beach and Whittier areas. They are a comprehensive Probate Law office, offering a broad range of assistance with Estate Planning, Long Term Care Advocacy, Special Needs Trusts, and Medi-Cal issues.
Jill A. Brousard founder of The Brousard Law Firm, has been practicing law since 1996. She is admitted to practice law by the California State Bar. After a career in theater and film, Attorney Brousard decided to attend law school, with a thought of helping people. After graduating and starting her legal career she has focused her practice in the areas around probate, conservatorships, trust administration, estate planning, and Medi-cal planning for long term care.
With her years of experience in conservatorship and helping families set their affairs in order, Ms. Brousard knows first hand how difficult it can be when dealing with family or elderly parents, and the impact it can have on your life. She had to deal with her own elderly parents one with Alzheimer’s and one with Parkinson’s disease.

Prior to having her own law firm, Ms. Brousard was an associate attorney, then a law partner. Over the years, she have had the pleasure of working with and learning from some of the best practitioners in the business.
Jill A. Brousard graduated from Southwestern University School of Law with a J.D. in 1998, and received her B.A.-Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Long Beach. She is a member of the California State Bar.
In addition, Ms. Brousard volunteers with the Long Beach Bar Association guardianship clinic; she is a member of the Probate Volunteer Panel, which represents elderly and disabled people who are subject to conservatorships; and is a past member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Trust & Estate Executive Committee.
