Curt Kurhajec has over 30 years of litigation experience including trial and arbitration. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, 1985 and the U.S. District Court Western District of Texas, 1987. He handles a variety of cases including civil litigation, insurance defense and coverage, general business and contract law. He also handles cases in healthcare liability, general negligence, catastrophic auto and truck accident, business disputes, DTPA and premises liability, condemnation and eminent domain, insurance disputes, bad faith and coverage opinions and appeals.
Mr. Kurhajec has successfully represented clients in high-profile cases such as Avis Budget Group, Canal Insurance Company, Carolina Casualty and Lutheran Social Services.
Mr. Kurhajec graduated from Baylor University, Waco, Texas receiving both his B.B.A. in General Business -1984 and J.D. (Baylor School of Law – 1985). He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Travis County Bar Association.
