Before starting his own law practice, Mr. Faigenbaum worked on Capitol Hill in various capacities, including positions with the Senate Banking Committee, Senator John Heinz, Senator Paul Tsongas, and Congressman Larry Coughlin.

A long time resident of the Philadelphia area, Mr. Faigenbaum is a graduate of Cheltenham High School and Brandeis University, cum laude. Mr. Faigenbaum received his Juris Doctor degree from The Washington College of Law, American University, in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Faigenbaum is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association. He is the former co-chair of the Adoption Committee of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section. He also serves on the Bar Association’s Fee Disputes Committee where he helps to resolve fee disputes between clients and attorneys and he serves as an active member of the Montgomery County Family Law Section.
