Ms. Rothenberger has devoted her practice to serving the Florida immigrant community.  She is a third-generation immigrant and knows firsthand the challenges one must face when going through Immigration and family law issues. She helps her clients with issues relating to deportation, or change of status, divorce or child custody,  Whether the issues relate to you or your loved ones, Ms. Rothenberger believes in equal justice and quality representation for “all”. Ms. Rothenberger received her J.D., and B.S. from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (“AILA”). Ms. Rothenberger is involved in pro bono activities. She is one of the founding pro bono attorneys with the AILA South Florida Krome Mental Incompetency Project for The American Immigration Lawyers Association. She also takes on pro bono case from the Legal Aid Services -in Broward County, Florida to defend the battered or abused woman through the Violence Against Women Act.
