Horn Law Firm, LLC is a law firm based out of Oxford, Alabama. Joshua B. Horn founded the firm in Anniston, Alabama before moving to Oxford in 2018.  The firm represents clients in a variety of cases including car accidents, personal injury, real estate, divorce and child custody, adoption and criminal defense. Our goal is to make every client know that we are there for them and that we will not allow anyone to take advantage of them.

Joshua B. Horn, owner and founder of the firm, specializes in personal injury and real estate matters. He also represents clients in family court including divorces and child custody. Attorney Horn attended and graduated from the Birmingham School of Law located in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a member of the Calhoun County and Cleburne County Bar Association.

Mr. Horn was raised in Heflin, Alabama before moving to Calhoun County to begin practicing law.  He has a wife and three children.
