Founding attorney John D. Winer has been in private practice since 1980. He is recognized statewide by his colleagues as an outstanding litigation and trial attorney. He was admitted to the California State Bar since 1979. Mr. Winer has obtained record-setting verdicts and settlements, often in cases in which his client’s economic survival and ability to overcome serious trauma and the death of a loved one were at stake.
