Janice M. Iati graduated from Albany Law School, with a Juris Doctorate. She was admitted to practice law in New York in 1982. She received her B.A. in Political Science from St. John Fisher College, Rochester, New York.
Attorney Iati is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Western District of New York. In addition, Ms. Iati has recently been selected to participate in mediation training for the United States District Court, Western District of New York.
Ms. Iati has been married for 26 years to Gerard Doak, who works in the insurance construction claim industry. Janice and Gerard have one son, Christopher who is currently attending Syracuse Law School.
