J. Patrick O’Neill a partner at Lacey & Jones, is part of the Workers Compensation and Civil Litigation group. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and the US. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, 1986. He is also admitted to the Florida Bar, 1990 and is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, 2014. Mr. O’Neill represents clients in a variety of claims. He will discuss multiple topics with potential clients including products liability, construction liability, intentional torts, general negligence, motor vehicle negligence, no-fault, workers’ compensation liens and subrogation, auto subrogation, toxic torts, insurance claims, coverage disputes, contract claims, commercial account collections and commercial vehicle violations to determine what avenues and options may be available. He also will discuss or address related claims in both state and federal venues, including issues involving trademarks, patent searches, copyright and prosecutions of patents.
