He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, and all trial courts in Georgia, Superior, State, Magistrate, Probate, and municipal courts. His areas of concentration is focuses on providing representation to small businesses and families. Through out his career, he has sought to perform at the highest professional levels whether it was aggressive use of investigative techniques and complex litigation such as RICO cases, international drug prosecutions, negotiating various Medicare Regulatory/HIPAA issues, or seeking fairness in family law matters.

He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts (BA), in Political Science and Government, 1981 and received his Juris Doctorate, from Mercer University-Walter F.
