Mr. Held attended New York University and earned his Juris Doctor at New York Law School. While attending New York Law School, Mr. Held won the American Jurisprudence Award in corporations . He was staff editor of the New York Law School Law Review and had an article published in the New York Law Forum.
After graduating from New York Law School, Mr. Held started his prestigious law firm which has provided unparalleled and superior legal service for more than fifty years. Edward Held is a Past President of the Board of Directors of New York Law School Alumni Association, He is on the Board of Directors of the Independent Residence and Director of JCH of Bensonhurst and Woodmere Academy, the Metropolitan Accident Claims Advisory Committee of the American Arbitration Association. In addition, Mr. Held was also a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Brooklyn Bar Association.
Mr. Held has been a guest lecturer at the New York Chiropractic College and was a “Law Day” speaker of the American Arbitration Association, lecturing on Uninsured Motorist Claims and Hearings.
