Attorney Alan J. Roscetti has been practicing law since 2004. He is admitted to practice in all of the local, state, and federal courts in Western New York. In private practice and as a public defender, Mr. Roscetti has handled cases of all kinds, from traffic violations, DUI and DWI to serious criminal matters including murders, arsons, large-scale grand larceny, and fraud. In many of the cases he has handle mental health involved, and the the issue has to be diagnosed and resolved in a fair and just way. He believes in what he does. As an experienced attorney, Mr. Roscetti knows you have to have the skill to adjust to different legal situations and act accordingly.

Roscetti received his bachelors degree from Duke University (economics and sociology) and his J.D. from the State University of New York, Buffalo School of Law. He is the chairman of the board of the Memorial Medical Center and is also a former Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority commissioner and has held and currently holds numerous other positions in the community. Mr. Roscetti receive the Nancy Gara Spirit Award.
