Polly Phillippi is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Services Department. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, 1986, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on premises liability, breach of warranty, product liability, personal injury defense, toxic torts, and employment litigation.

Ms. Phillippi represents national corporations in the manufacturing and retail industries. She has significant experience defending automobile manufacturers in lemon law, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud claims. She has tried many cases to verdict and has successfully won hundreds of arbitrations in federal and state courts.

Attorney Phillippi graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A, in Political Science, cum laude, she received her Master of Public Administration, with highest honors from Temple University and obtained her J.D. with honors from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Ms. Phillippi is a NJ OCLE Speaker/trainer for the Lemon Law Arbitration Certification and she has a Clerkship Honorable Richard Klein, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
