Brett Shainfeld has more than 10 years legal experience and thousands of lemon law cases handled. Brett graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Communications and International Relations. Following my graduation from UC Davis, Brett spent the next three years involved in sales/management and business development both for small businesses as well as one of the largest wineries in the world. This sharpened his real-world business skills, which he implements today, when providing his clients with unique solutions to their problems. He then graduated with a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he gained the legal knowledge to augment his real-world business experience. In addition to obtaining his degree from Loyola Law School, He became a California Certified Mediator.

Brett is accredited by the California State Bar and all of the U.S. District Courts of California. He is  member of the Consumer Attorney’s Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), American Bar Association (ABA), Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
