Anthony M. DeFazio a trial attorney, has been practicing law for over twenty years. He was admitted to practice law in 1998. Mr. DeFazio is a former Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York. where he prosecuted over twenty five felony cases to trial. He has also practiced with firms in Queens, New York and firms in Dutchess County. Since starting his own law firm four years ago with a partner and now practicing by himself, he handles the majority of his cases in criminal defense and personal injury cases. Mr. DeFazio also handles general litigation, real estate, and other matters.

Mr. DeFazio is familiar with lawyers, the judges and the court system. He can provide that personal service and I understand that representing is the most important part of his practice.
