Andrea N. Catalina, Esq., has dedicated her career to the practice of matrimonial and family law matters, including custody and child support matters, as well as criminal defense, real estate transactions and representing landlords in landlord/tenant disputes.

She represents litigants in both Family and the Supreme Court and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She provides thoughtful and thorough representation to every client while striving for amicable and fair resolutions of all matters. While she is compassionate and patient, should negotiations fail to produce a fair result, she is ready and able to litigate a variety of issues in an effort to protect the interests of her clients.

Prior to starting her own Firm, Andrea began her legal career working as an Associate at a mid-sized firm in White Plains where she represented clients on a variety of issues involving matrimonial, family, custody, support, personal injury and criminal matters. In 2013, Andrea joined her father, Frank A. Catalina, Esq., in Peekskill, New York. Shortly thereafter, she started her own practice, while remaining “of counsel” to Frank, who has over thirty years of experience in the same practice areas.

Andrea is a proud graduate of Pace University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Prior to law school, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. While in college, Andrea spent a semester traveling abroad to Spain and is conversant in Spanish. She is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, Yorktown Bar Association. Andrea was named a “Rising Star” in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 by the publication, Super Lawyers!

Andrea was married in May of 2018. Her and her husband reside in Nyack, New York. She has the most adorable 10-year old step-daughter, Kenzie, a 4-year old  daughter, Reese, and a 9 month old baby, Addison!
