Tamila C. Jensen is an elder law attorney who has represented clients in estate planning, trust administration, probate matters, conservatorships (including limited conservatorships for the developmentally disabled), special needs trusts, medi-cal planning, guardianships, and trust and estate litigation for more than 30 years. She has extensive experience in real estate and small business matters. She is also a certified mediator and participates as a settlement officer in several volunteer mediation and arbitration programs. Ms. Jensen is immediate part president at LACBA and other providers. Tamila Jensen is proud to serve clients in Los Angeles County, providing consultation services to help them with their case.

Ms. Jensen graduated from the University of California at Berkeley magna cum laude and earned her law degree from the University of California at Davis School of Law where she won many honors including Order of the Coif. She received an LLM in Transnational Commercial Practice, Lazerski University, Poland. Ms. Jensen is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, past president of San Fernando Valley Bar Association and Neighborhood Legal Services Los Angeles where she remains on the board of directors.

Ms. Jensen taught at Indiana University School of Business. She also taught contract law at the School of Law, Debrechen, Hungary and real estate law at the European School of Law and Economics, Pristina Kosovo, through the Center for International Legal Studies. Ms. Jensen volunteers as an arbitrator at the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) international moot court arbitration competition which includes law students from around the world. She is a member of the Bench Bar Coalition among other volunteer service activities. Ms. Jensen is selected to Super Lawyers 2011-2022. She has authored many articles including the recent “Scalia’s Lasting Legacy: Debating the Constitution – The Living Constitution,” Valley Lawyer, May 2016.
