Attorney Gaffney received his BS in Business Administration from Worcester State College (1994); a MBA in Business Administration and Management from Assumption College (1997); obtained his J.D. Cum Laude from New England School of Law (2001); and his CPCU from The Institutes for Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters. He served on an advisory Board for a non-profit called, “Project New Hope”, a veteran’s organization. He is also a Past Master (2x), Freemasonry, Guiding Lights Lodge.

Attorney Gaffney served his country from 1992-2001 with the Massachusetts Army National Guard. Initially enlisting as a Combat Engineer, obtaining the rank of Sergeant and received a Commission from the United States Congress eventually obtaining the rank of Captain.

Attorney Gaffney has been recognized by Worcester Magazine readers, in 2017 as the “Best Lawyer” in Worcester; he received a certificate from the Massachusetts State Senate for Volunteerism; he also received a citation from Worcester Pride as an “Ally”; and has worked as a pro bono volunteer with the Volunteer Justice Program and the Lawyer for the Day Program. Attorney Gaffney has served his home city of Worcester as the Vice Chair of the Worcester City Council where he was voted the “Best City Councilor” 2016 and 2017.
