Mr. Ghozland earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctorate degree from Tulane University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Ghozland also earned an LL.M. in securities and financial regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated with distinction. Mr. Ghozland is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California. He is a member of the Consumer Attorney Association of California, the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.

Mr. Ghozland was nominated for the “Street Fighter of the Year Award” by the CAOC in 2014, an award given to a plaintiff’s lawyer who has litigated a case that creates a more just society, regardless of personal benefit or financial gain.
