Catherine King started her own practice in 1992. She was admitted to practice law in the State of California since 1990. Catherine devotes her practice in estate planning, business and bankruptcy both in Chapter 7 and 13 and is also a licensed real estate broker. With years of litigation practice in both the business and real estate arenas, she has extensive knowledge and experience from which to draw to navigate the real estate and business challenges people face in this market. Catherine is an attorney passionate about helping people prosper in all phases of life whether through a difficult season in their life and making it as positive an experience as possible or leaving a legacy for their heirs empowered by strategic inheritance. She is committed to maximixing circumstances for the benefit of her clients in every possible way.

As a native to Northern California, Catherine is committed to making a difference in the Northern California region.  Born, raised and educated in the Bay Area attending UC Berkeley as an undergrad in Political Science followed by a JD from UC Hastings in San Francisco where her law practice began. Catherine is also a graduate of the prestigious Max Gardner’s Bankruptcy Boot Camp, which has been featured in Business Week magazine and on ABC’s Nightline. Further she has graduated from Pete Barry’s Fair Debt Collections Practice Violation seminar, she is also a member of “NACBA”  National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys

Catherine is married and blessed with a son and three beautiful daughters and a multitude of animals!
