“I have a keen sense of knowledge in and out f the courtroom, guiding my clients in every step of their legal journey.” – Natalie Fletcher

Natalie Fletcher is a solo attorney in Tyler, Texas practicing Immigration, Family and Criminal law. She speaks Spanish. Natalie is a native East Texan who grew up in Tyler. She graduated from Baylor University where she tripled majored in English, Spanish and Philosophy. After serving as an intern during the 70th session of the Texas Legislature she attended the University of Texas Law School. She has been practicing law since 1991. She is admitted to the state bars in both Texas and Ohio, several federal districts and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Her office is the historic Blue House on Vine Avenue in Tyler.

In 2013 Natalie and her faithful companion Xena – the world’s greatest Cairn Terrier – started a local Dog Scout Troop in Tyler. Dogs are the scouts and together with their human companions they learn skills like Canine Good Citizenship and agility, and they participate in activities such as camping and canoeing. Natalie loves to camp and whenever she gets the opportunity she loads up the tear drop camper along with her husband and heads out on an adventure. Natalie has been married since 1990, she met her husband Pat on a hunting trip – it was love at first shot!
Natalie is well known in her circle as a gourmet cook, she loves sacred harp singing, fly fishing, and horseback riding. At one time, she and Pat went Team Penning every weekend. Natalie also dabbles in sewing, welding and painting. She has been known to change out alternators and water pumps on her own cars and truck.

What’s most important to Natalie is helping people solve their problems. For the last 29 years, she has done that by listening closely to her clients and helping them resolve their problems in the court room. Now she is venturing into coaching. Coaching involves helping people better analyze their situation so that they can avoid problems, create solutions that uniquely fit their situation and make an immediate action plan! By the time someone seeks a lawyer’s help, they are already neck deep in problems. Coaching intervenes a lot earlier. Why wait until everyone is angry and polarized into opposing positions? Coaching can prevent legal problems but it isn’t limited to legal problems. Coaching has long been used by companies to resolve issues between management and employees and also to make long range plans. Conversational coaching can help people whether a married couple, family, or different groups of people to conduct difficult conversations in a way that they can co-create solutions without the emotional drama. Life coaching would help an individual, family or group fix problems or create a plan for the future. It is a joyful experience to help people make progress in their business or their personal lives and get rid of the pain!
