She regularly works with residential and commercial real estate owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, property managers, agents and brokers. As part of her work, Ms. Newel represents real estate agents and brokers in relation to ethics complaints, commission dispute arbitrations, and Minnesota Department of Commerce investigations. She also assists parties involved in residential real estate arbitration proceedings and provides real estate expert witness services.

Ms. Newel is an experienced negotiator and problem solver who is not only committed to protecting and advancing clients’ interests but is also dedicated to listening to and understanding her clients’ concerns. She prides herself on providing businesses and individuals with honest, practical, solution-oriented advice and representation in an effective and proficient manner.

She is also active on several committees of the professional association within the real estate industry.
