Carol A. Zenzel PLLC serves clients in the Syracuse New York area in legal matters involving commercial and residential real estate. Carol A. Zenzel founder of the firm since 1997, was admitted to practice law by the New York State Bar, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York (1989). She has devoted her practice in the field of real estate law and handle’s her clients in a timely, personal manner.
Prior to starting her own law firm, Carol was General Counsel at a retail development company, her responsibilities were financing, leasing, property acquisition, sale, obtaining rights to build and overseeing litigation. Carol received her B.S. in Newspaper Journalism (1985) and her J.D. in Finance/Law (1988) from Syracuse University. She is on the Board of Directors for the Syracuse Ballet, member of the YMCA of Syracuse, and former Board of Directors Leadership of Syracuse.
