Carlos Morales is founder and partner of the firm Morales Walker PLLC, he has been an attorney for 19 years. He practices in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial litigation in matters involving banking and commercial lending, construction litigation, business litigation, and products liability litigation. He is admitted to practice in: Federal Courts of Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western District of Texas as well as the United States Supreme Court. His secret to success other than hard work has been knowing when to make the right decisions at the right time.
Mr. Morales received his BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from University of Texas at Arlington and his JD from South Texas College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Morales received the Highest Grade Award in Corporate & White Collar Crime, was recognized for his participation in the school’s nationally renowned mock trial and moot court competitions, received a Certificate of Honor for his First Semester Academic Achievement, and was inducted into the legal honors fraternity Phi Delta Phi. In addition, Mr. Morales received the Super Lawyer-Rising Star Award in 2012-2013.
Mr. Morales is a Member of the Dallas Bar Association-Board of Directors, a Former Treasurer and Board Member of the Mexican American Bar Association of Texas, and the 2012 President of the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association. He also served on the 2011 National Convention Fundraising Committee for the Hispanic National Bar Association.
