Alec Rose grew up in Fairfax County, Virginia. Mr. Rose graduated from Tufts University in 1990. He earned a Juris Doctor from University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law, in 1993. Mr. Rose has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1993. Mr. Rose has been a Certified Criminal Law Specialist since 2002.
In 2002, Mr. Rose earned the distinction of Certified Criminal Law Specialist from the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. He has been quoted in both legal and popular publications on various topics in criminal law, and a commentator on Court TV for several legal proceedings and has trained, mentored dozens of lawyers.
