Mr. Hale’s journey from college golf to law school took him across the Southwest, sparked by a chance encounter with attorneys on the golf course. Encouraged by his father, he pursued and earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law. Though aiming for estate tax law, he found success in commercial law, handling diverse cases from financing to product sales and defending clients against consumer lawsuits. 
Kent D. Hale is actively involved in various prestigious legal associations including the Lubbock County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and State Bar of Texas. He also serves on committees for the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and Uniform Commercial Code. Additionally, Mr. Hale has been a valuable member of the State Bar of Texas Certification of Exam Committees on Consumer Law and Consumer Law Section Board of Directors.
