Kent D. Hale is a partner at the firm. He is admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas, 1980, the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit, 1981, the U.S. District Court Western District of Texas, 1981. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas, 1981 and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Hale has represented people in all types of agricultural and commercial areas, ag-lending, inventory financing and many other types of commercial lending. This led to his work in the Uniform Commercial Code, lending and leasing. He found knowing a client’s business enhances his ability to represent them. He has also been involved significantly in the manufactured housing industry, representing manufacturers and dealers.

Kent D. Hale went to Texas Tech University School of Law, receiving his J.D., graduating from the University of Arizona majoring in Finance.
