Jack D. Fine is a seasoned litigator and general practitioner for over 38 years. He has established a successful full-time dispute, resolution practice as a DRS Certified Mediator and Arbitrator. Jack has handled all kinds of business and commercial disputes, personal injury, real property and probate litigation, fraud, tort, contract and intellectual property.
Attorney Fine has handled over 500 mediations and/or arbitrations to date, and has an outstanding record of success. As your mediator, Jack is able to help clients through a crisis and calm them during their difficult legal challenges. Jack graduated from Stanford University with a A.B. (1954), and J.D. (1956), he received a Coro Foundation Internship in Public Affairs, San Francisco (1957). He has held judicial offices as a Judge Pro Tem, in both Los Angeles Municipal and Superior Courts, 1990 – present by appointment of Presiding Judge. He also served as an Arbitrator for AAA – Business & Construction Disputes, and other matters for many years, a member of the AAA National Panel of Arbitrators, 1965 – 2000, a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court Judicial Arbitration Panel, and a Mediator and Member, LA City Landlord – Tenant Mediation Board, 1978 – 1980. Long time member and delegate of the Los Angeles State Bar Association.
