Ms. Schejbal graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S., Honors: Cum Laude (1986) and received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law (1990). She is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, the Maryland State Bar Association and is an Adjunct Professor of Business at the University of Phoenix, Columbia, Maryland. Ms. Schejbal is also a published author of “The State of Small Business Retirement Plans: 25 Years after ERISA” (Co-author), NYU. Institute on Federal Taxation, Employee benefits and Executive compensation, 1999.
