Shirley A. Bass has bee licensed to practice law since 1980. She is admitted to practice by the Oregon State Bar, Multnomah Bar Association the U.S. Supreme Court in 1984, the U.S. Tax Court, 1984. Devoting her practice to estate planning and elder law, Ms. Bass started an Elder Law Association, that improves the quality of legal services to people as they age and people with special needs.
Ms. Bass graduated from Portland State University with a B.A. with Honors in English Literature and received her J.D. from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Portland Estate Planning Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Multnomah Bar Association and the Lake Grove Business Association. Ms. Bass holds Martindale-Hubbell’s coveted AV Preeminent rating.
